1. Opening hours and check-in/check-out

  • What time can I check in and out?

    • Check-in is possible from 3.30pm, and check-out before 11am.

  • Is it possible to have a late check-out?

    • Yes, subject to availability. Please contact reception to arrange a late check-out.

2. Transport services

  • Does the hotel offer a shuttle service to the airport?

    • Yes, a free shuttle service is available every 30 minutes to take you to the airport terminal in just 2 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by prior arrangement.

  • Is there public transport near the hotel?

    • Yes, a bus stop is located right in front of the hotel. Public transport in Luxembourg is free and provides access to tourist and economic sites such as Kirchberg, the old town, the railway station, or the European Commission.

    • Shuttle service :
      "We have a free shuttle service, please contact reception on 00352 34 95 95 to take advantage of it."

    • Public transport:
      "A bus stop and a tram stop are located 50 m from the hotel, serving the city centre in 20 minutes, the Kirchberg in 8 minutes and the train station in 25 minutes."

3. Parking

  • Does the hotel have a car park?

    • Yes, the hotel has a large, secure car park, and as a hotel guest you benefit from free parking during your stay.

  • Can I leave my car in the car park while travelling from the airport?

    • Yes, you can leave your car in the hotel car park for €10 per 24 hours, subject to availability. Please ask at reception.

4. Rooms and facilities

  • Are the rooms air-conditioned?

    • Yes, all our rooms are air-conditioned and you can adjust the temperature using the thermostat on the wall at the entrance to the room.

  • Do you have PRM rooms?

    • Yes, the hotel has 4 PRM rooms equipped with a large double bed. The hotel has also taken steps to accommodate people with reduced mobility (access ramp, adapted reception desk, lift).

  • Is there a hairdryer in the rooms?

    • Yes, a hairdryer is available in each bathroom, attached to the wall.

  • Are there extra pillows in the rooms?

    • Yes, an extra pillow is available in your bedroom wardrobe.

5. Restaurant services

  • Do you offer a restaurant service?

    • Yes, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. If you did not include it when you made your reservation, you can add it on request at reception.
      our restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 6.30 pm to 10 pm and a snack offer is available every lunchtime during the week. On Saturdays, we offer a snack offer.

  • Is room service available?

    • No, room service is not available, but you can use our communal areas for your meals.

6. Items available at reception

  • What items can I buy at reception?

    • Toothbrushes, condoms, deodorants and shaving foam are available for sale at reception.

7. Hotel policy

  • Is the hotel non-smoking?

    • Yes, the entire hotel is non-smoking. Ashtrays are available in front of reception for guests wishing to smoke.

  • Does the hotel accept pets?

    • Yes, the hotel accepts dogs and cats, but only in the rooms and in the bar (with the exception of the period of the International Dog Show organised in Luxembourg). For reasons of hygiene, they are not accepted in the restaurant. Supplement to be paid on the spot (15 euros) and maximum 1 animal per room.

8. Seminar rooms

  • Do you have rooms available for meetings or seminars?

    • Yes, we have two fully-equipped seminar rooms, with a capacity of 10 to 45 people. Contact us for more information or to make a reservation.

9. Concierge service

  • What services does your concierge offer?

    • Our reception is open 24 hours a day to help you with all your needs: booking taxis, advising on local attractions and organising transfers.
