1. Is parking available at the hotel? Yes, our hotel offers free and secure parking for guests during their stay. If you are traveling abroad, you can leave your vehicle in our parking lot for €10 per 24 hours, subject to availability. This is the best rate in the area.
2. Is there a shuttle service to the airport? Yes, we provide a free shuttle service that operates 24/7. It departs every 30 minutes and takes only 2 minutes to reach the terminal. Please make a reservation at the reception.
3. Can I book a taxi from the hotel? Our 24/7 reception team is happy to assist with taxi bookings and other concierge services.
4. What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 3:30 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please inquire at the reception. Additional fees may apply.
5. Is the hotel non-smoking? Yes, our hotel is entirely non-smoking. However, ashtrays are available in front of the reception for guests who wish to smoke.
6. Do you offer room service? Currently, room service is not available at our hotel.
7. Are the rooms air-conditioned? Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. You can adjust the temperature using the thermostat located on the wall near the room entrance.

9. Are extra pillows provided? Each room comes with an additional pillow available in the wardrobe.
10. Is a hairdryer available in the rooms? Yes, a hairdryer is provided and is mounted on the wall in the bathroom.
11. What items are available for purchase at the reception? You can purchase items such as toothbrushes, condoms, deodorant, and shaving foam at the reception desk.
12. Are pets allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the hotel.
13. What public transport options are available nearby? There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, providing free public transportation throughout Luxembourg.
